Luisa joined KPMG in 2004 and is an Audit, Risk and Compliance Services Partner with KPMG in Munich. Her focus is on IPO readiness support as well as post-merger integration projects. She has conducted and coordinated numerous large national and international SOX 404 implementation projects across various industries.
Luisa’s responsibilities include the development of Corporate Governance Services at Corporate Clients in the southern region of Germany and leading the German SOX Center of Competence. She has over 17 years of experience in implementing, optimizing and testing/auditing corporate governance systems (CMS, ICS, RMS and IA) at DAX, MDAX and SEC registered companies.
