Tom Eggerling

Tom Eggerling is a Director in the KPMG Federal Advisory practice with more than 31 years of Department of Defense (DoD) experience.  He specializes in large-scale transformation, strategy, program management, organizational culture, human capital, training, and education.  As a Director in Federal Transformation Delivery, Tom leverages his strategic level experience to assist clients with their transformation and cultural challenges. 

Tom has a BS from Columbia College, a MS from the University of Maryland, and certifications in Project Management, Leadership Trainer, Change Management, and SAFe Agile. He is a board member for the Marine Corps Scholarship Fund and an active volunteer with several Marine Corps related charities. He also served as Adjunct Faculty for the Marine Corps University.
