Rani Doyle

Rani Doyle is the principal leading Governance Solutions within DAS.
Rani has diverse and extensive experience working with executive management and boards at public and private companies and leading nonprofit organizations on a wide range of capital markets, corporate governance, and strategic business matters. Her areas of focus are:
• Board governance and effectiveness
• Corporate governance and culture
• Board evaluation
• Leadership succession planning
• IPO readiness in the areas of board and corporate governance, legal and compliance, and investor relations
• M&A, spin-off, capital markets transactions and governance
• Corporate communications
Prior to joining KPMG in 2023, Rani spent much of her career at a top 10 global law firm; served as an IPO leader, managing director and functional corporate secretary at the world’s fourth largest hedge fund; and was special counsel in the SEC’s Division of Corporation Finance, where she received the SEC’s Capital Markets Award. She has long held leadership roles in the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section, focusing on securities and governance matters, and is a 20-year member of the Society for Corporate Governance.
Her professional goal is to help businesses operate and deliver better performance with strategic governance.
Rani’s other passions are family, travel and nature adventures, live music, great food, and slowly but surely starting a sustainably productive farm.
