Fiona is a Managing Director in the M&A tax practice. As part of the Infrastructure Tax Group, Fiona has extensive experience advising clients on both buy-side and sell-side infrastructure transactions, including digital infrastructure, utilities, renewables, and public-private partnerships. Fiona assists clients with structuring infrastructure transactions, as well as cash tax modeling and due diligence. Fiona holds a BA from the University of Virginia and a JD from Quinnipiac University.
