Annemiek van Dijk

Annemiek began her career in KPMG in the Netherlands, where she has spent the past 15 years working as a tax advisor for the financial services sector. Her clients operate in the financial services sector, e.g. banks and asset managers, and the real estate sector, e.g. institutional and private investors, project developers, the government, housing associations, and advisors. Annemiek primarily assists clients with international corporate income tax matters, but also has extensive knowledge of real estate transfer tax.

Annemiek has published various articles on the structuring of funds and on real estate, and regularly speaks on these issues. She is a permanent contributor to the real estate current affairs column of Vastgoed Fiscaal & Civiel. Annemiek is a member of KPMG’s international real estate network and international fund network.
