Rocco is a managing director in the KPMG Philadelphia Economic and Valuation Services practice, where he performs valuations of real estate, personal property, and intangible assets.
Rocco joined KPMG in 2008 and focuses on the power and utilities industry, specifically renewable energy, battery storage, and other conventional power generation assets. In addition to energy assets, Rocco specializes in data centers, crypto, and other tech focused valuations that intersect with the power industry.
Rocco is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. In addition to his real estate and equipment valuation experience, Rocco performs discounted cash flow analysis and intangible asset valuation for power and utility clients.
