US Social Sustainability Leader
Charisse is a strategic advisor with a strong track record in shaping education and workforce programs and fostering partnerships between the private sector, government agencies, and community organizations. She has successfully guided a large Philadelphia state university in developing both near-term and long-term strategic goals. At the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce, she collaborated with the Dean to advance the school’s strategic objectives, focusing on student employment, career development, and industry trends. During her tenure at KPMG US, Charisse established a transformation office, led process re-engineering initiatives, and implemented technology solutions for timesheet and resource management systems. As the Social Sustainability leader at KPMG US LLP, she enhanced equity capabilities and drove the delivery of social strategy across ten pillars, developing sales pursuit strategies to support business development and pillar delivery.
