David is a Managing Director in KPMG’s Dallas U.S. Indirect Tax practice. He has more than 15 years of experience in multi-state tax consulting and compliance for public and privately held clients.

David is responsible for U.S. Indirect Tax issues for a broad range of clients in technology, retail, manufacturing, construction, aviation, and energy.  He has managed numerous large multistate tax projects related to restructurings, nexus studies, sales/use tax audit assistance, and sales/use tax refund projects.  David has also negotiated state and local tax incentives with various taxing jurisdictions.
