Robert A. Cojocaru is a leader in KPMG’s Federal Advisory Practice, focused on federal workforce transformation, learning development, and human resource technology solutions. As KPMG’s federal human capital advisory practice leader, he works with federal agencies to develop their workforce capabilities, drive talent assessments, organizational culture transformation, and is a frequent speaker and author on employee engagement and culture topics. Robert has over 25 years of experience in leading large-scale organization design initiatives, workforce analytics analysis, roadmap development, HR technology transformations, and organizational change management projects helping clients eliminate duplicative or non-standardized work processes, identify key workforce skills, and drive value within workforce capabilities.
