Lisa Carroll

Lisa is an Audit partner in KPMG’s Detroit office with 20 years of experience in public accounting and advisory services, serving a wide range of clients. She has significant experience serving a wide range of multinational manufacturing clients, in the industrial markets and automotive industries.  Her experience includes the coordination of multi-national audits. She has assisted numerous clients with acquisition transactions and the related accounting, as well as assisting clients with equity offerings and financing transactions.

Lisa provides professional audit services to public and non-public companies in accordance with PCAOB and AICPA requirements, U.S. GAAP and IFRS. Her audit experience includes SEC filings and private company financial statements.
