Gordon works extensively with organizations to solve complex quality and performance improvement challenges, and is the National Lead for KPMG's Strategy and Operations practice. He has designed and supported quality and performance improvement programs for all sizes and types of organizations and is a regular speaker on topics of Lean Healthcare, Quality Improvement and Sustainable Change. As well – he has educated more than 1,000 professionals on quality improvement and change management tools and methodologies. Prior to joining KPMG, Gordon co-founded HIO Group, a healthcare consultancy recognized for its ability to improve quality of care, reduce wait times, and lower costs at over 65 hospitals across Canada. Through KPMG’s acquisition of HIO in 2011, HIO joined KPMG’s healthcare advisory practice. Prior to starting HIO, Gordon was a leader of McKisney's North American Service Operations Practice.
