Claus is a Deal Advisory Partner in the Deal Advisory group of KPMG Germany, bringing over 20 years of relevant experience. He supports private equity and corporate clients, primarily in technology (mainly Software) and carve-out transactions, providing buy and sell side assistance or due diligence services. Claus is the partner-in-charge of the Deal Advisory team in the south region of Germany and is a permanent member of the US-German Deal Advisory corridor team.
