César Buenrostro
Partner, Trade and Customs Services
Cesar, Partner in Charge of the Trade and Customs Practice in Mexico, joined KPMG Guadalajara in 2006 and became a member of KPMG´s Monterrey Office in 2011.
Current duties include advising clients on global management and trade risk management services with special attention to compliance with import and export procedures, international contracts, preventive fines and penalties, tariff classification, due diligences, M&A´s and procedures for foreign trade operations, with emphasis in the NAFTA region.
