Based in Houston, TX, Brett Bisaga has experience assisting energy clients with the planning, development and implementation of large capital projects and programs. The majority of his energy focus has been with the midstream, downstream and LNG where he has advised clients on the transformation of Project Management Organizations and the development of capital project stage gate lifecycles for all size and scale of capital investments. In addition, Brett has experience with the requirements gathering, vendor / tool selection and implementation of both Portfolio, Project Management (PPM) and Project Management Information System (PMIS) systems and their key systems of interface and integration. He as experience in performing construction cost assessments, risk analysis and contract compliance reviews. Mr. Bisaga has advised on the capital delivery and contracting strategy for several multi-billion-dollar investments as well as, assisting companies develop and implement project controls, quality control and safety system enable solutions.
Brett holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cornell University's Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering from Drexel University.
