Thomas D. Bettge

Thomas is a Senior Manager in the Economic and Valuation Services group of KPMG’s Washington National Tax practice, where he specializes in transfer pricing and international tax dispute resolution and planning. Thomas has extensive experience with IRS and foreign tax audits, mutual agreement procedures, and advance pricing agreements. He is a co-author of the Warren Gorham & Lamont treatise U.S. International Taxation: Practice and Procedure, as well as numerous other articles on transfer pricing and other tax topics. Thomas is also a frequent speaker on transfer pricing and tax controversy, and has taught international tax policy as an adjunct professor. He obtained his J.D. from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law, where he graduated first in his class.
