Jeff is a Tax Senior Manager in the KPMG State & Local Tax practice based in Dallas, Texas. He has more than 10 years of experience in state income/franchise tax, specifically consulting and controversy work related to the Texas franchise tax, focusing on a broad range of client industries, including technology, healthcare, and consumer markets. Jeff has successfully assisted several Fortune 100 retail/wholesale clients in reducing their Texas franchise tax liability, both through the filing of refund claims and on a prospective basis, by performing a detailed cost of goods sold analysis.
Jeff received his undergraduate degree from Boston College and his JD from Marquette University Law School. He is a certified member of the Texas Bar.
