Andrew Basso is Managing Director in KPMG’s Economic & Valuation Services practice. Andrew has executed valuations of many types of tangible assets, including personal and real property.
Mr. Basso has performed tangible asset valuations for ASC 805/350/360 Purchase Price Accounting and Goodwill and Other Intangible Accounting, Fresh-Start Accounting, Liquidation Analysis, IRC 1.897-1 Taxation for Foreign Investment in United States Real Property Interests (FIRPTA), proposed multi-family developments and Government requests. Mr. Basso has engaged in valuation assignments throughout the United States, mainland Europe, United Kingdom, South America, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
