Managing Director, Major Projects Advisory
Erika Alvord is a Managing Director in the Portland, OR office of KPMG LLP’s Major Risk Assurance practice, where she is a member of the Major Projects Advisory group. Erika has over twenty years of experience in various construction management, project accounting, and capital program oversight functions related to large, complex construction projects. Erika also has experience in resolving contract disputes and providing support to troubled projects. As a Licensed Professional Engineer and a Certified Public Accountant, Erika brings both technical construction knowledge and industry specific accounting skills to her clients. Prior to working in KPMG’s advisory services, Erika worked as a construction engineer in different project delivery, estimating, cost engineering and project management capacities.
