Carlo Alberici is a Principal in the New York office of KPMG’s Economic & Valuation Services Practice. He has worked with multi-national corporations providing valuation services for financial reporting, tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring purposes.
Mr. Alberici has experience with domestic and cross-border transactions in telecom and media industry. Valuations performed include businesses enterprise valuations and intellectual property valuations, such as TV, Radio and wireless FCC licenses, cable franchise rights, network capacity customer-bases intangibles, proprietary software and technology, patents, non-competition agreement, and trademarks.
