Billie brings 15+ years of industry and consulting experience managing and executing diverse projects in value creation, strategic sourcing, procurement and contract execution for private and public companies. She has helped clients transform their vendor contracts and spend through M&A integration planning and execution, covering a span of service with a hands-on approach to RFP development, leading direct negotiations and contract execution. She served in interim procurement, supply chain and integration management roles resulting in EBITDA improvements. Leader of the KPMG procurement practice and alliances to elevate our client services. Billie held procurement practitioner and leadership roles during her time in industry at two Oil & Gas majors.
