Thomas Adamkiewicz specializes in private equity and real estate/infrastructure international tax consulting.
Thomas has an extensive experience of more than 14 years assisting internationals groups as well as private equity/real estate clients (regulated and unregulated vehicles) regarding their tax strategy and tax structuring (e.g., to help determine the best location for a holding and financing structure) as well as their mergers and acquisitions seal structuring. This also includes supervising the tax compliance requirements, especially in Luxembourg.
Thomas has been involved on the tax aspects of the implementation of regulated and unregulated funds and has also been involved in the tax analysis of double tax treaties and their application to interest, dividend or royalties payments to and from Luxembourg.
From June 2015 to November 2018, Thomas was seconded to the U.S. member firm of KPMG International.
