Mr. Yang joined KPMG in 1990 and seconded as Korean desk manager in the KPMG London office for two years from 1996 to 1998. He has participated in domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions, restructuring, and related financial advisory services, as well as auditing and tax consulting services
