Kerrii Anderson has been a director of A&F Co. since 2019. She serves as Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee and is a member of both the Nominating and Board Governance Committee and the Executive Committee.

Ms. Anderson is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Wendy’s International, Inc. (now, The Wendy’s Company), a restaurant operating and franchising company, until that company merged with a subsidiary of Triarc Companies, Inc. to form Wendy’s/Arby’s Group, Inc. (November 2006 to September 2008).

She currently serves on other public company boards, including: Labcorp Holdings, Inc. (f/k/a Laboratory Corporation of America® Holdings, Inc.), a global life sciences company (May 2006 to present); Worthington Enterprises, Inc. (f/k/a Worthington Industries, Inc.), an industrial manufacturing company (September 2010 to present); and The Sherwin-Williams Company, a company engaged in the development, manufacture, distribution, and sale of paint, coatings, and related products (April 2019 to present).

Ms. Anderson’s key qualifications include the following: Public Company Board Experience, CEO Experience, Retail, Environmental and Social, Supply Chain, Finance/Audit/Accounting, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, and Technology and Information Security.

Currently, Ms. McKinney-James serves on the Boards of the US Energy Foundation, Ioneer, Pacific Premier Bancorp, MGM Resorts International, Toyota Financial Savings Bank and ACORE. She is the Past Board Chair for the American Association for Blacks in Energy (AABE).
