    KPMG’s employee onboarding solution is a custom built app using Workday Extend. Extend app captures and retains employee’s superannuation fund details and tax file numbers with real time attestation and then is able to integrate, once data has been verified as being accurate to payroll. KPMG will deploy the changes into your environment working with your system administrators. In order for this solution to work, customers also need to procure licences from Wrkr Ltd who are a platinum digital services provider with the Australian Government for all real time attestation.

  • Which onboarding processes does KPMG’s Workday Extend solution assist with?

    In accordance with KPMG’s Powered Enterprise process taxonomies aligned with Workday, this solution addresses three main areas in recommended onboarding processes in Workday:

    1. Pre-Hire Onboarding
    2. Day 1 Onboarding
    3. Post-Day 1 Onboarding

    KPMG’s employee self-service onboarding solution for Workday Extend currently supports the following new starter processes usually required in Day 1 Onboarding’:

    • Australian Tax File Number (TFN) capture in Workday with real time validation via .

    To provide real time attestation of TFN ahead of declaration and super choice selections, the solution draws on Wrkr Ltd’s authorised interfaces to securely connect with the ATO, ASIC and APRA to verify and validate employee TFN and superannuation funds in real time.
