      Who are we looking for?

We’re interested in more than your academic record or qualification; we want to get to know you as a person. We believe that a mix of experiences, backgrounds, and viewpoints is essential for a safe, healthy, and high-performing workplace, and this is central to our values.

We look for people who are enthusiastic, open to new experiences, and ready to bring fresh ideas to the table. If you’re curious, love to learn, and want to make a real difference, you’ll fit right in. We value resilience, a growth mindset, and the ability to communicate your ideas with confidence.

There are a few eligibility criteria to keep in mind. For most graduate roles, you’ll need to have recently completed a bachelor’s degree and have less than one year’s full-time experience in your field. Some teams may require specific qualifications or fields of study, and you’ll need to have full-time working rights in Australia (citizenship or the appropriate visa).

If you’re ready to bring your unique perspective and energy to KPMG, we’d love to hear from you.
