He has a mixed economy background in industry and consulting from strategy through to delivery and specialises in architecting strategies for service and digital transformation, supply chains and operational excellence, business process, people change and technology adoption. Industries include Construction, Health, Social Care & Life Sciences, Government and Public Sector and Agribusiness.

Jonathan specialises in the public and private sector, with extensive experience in systems thinking and design, human-centered design, value creation and realisation, business process re-engineering, commissioning, contest ability, business architecture, BI, contract specification, procurement, business and systems analysis and the implementation of modern business and systems process management applications in both the public and private sectors in the UK and Australia.
