Andrea Luciente

Vice President, Internal Audit, L3Harris Technologies

Andrea A. Luciente, Vice President, Internal Audit (VPIA) of L3Harris Technologies is responsible for the overall management, benchmarking and improvement of the Internal Audit function at a strategic and operational level, including the adoption of Global Internal Audit Standards. Key priorities for the function include remaining aligned to stakeholder and company priorities, developing a risk-based rolling audit plan, developing a talent strategy that balances the use of audit and business talent and developing a roadmap for adoption of digital tools throughout the audit life cycle.

Andrea assumed the position of VPIA in 2021 but has been with L3Harris since 2017 in different audit roles with her prior role being the Senior Director, Audit & Digital Strategy. Andrea reports to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors and administratively to the Vice President General Counsel & Secretary.  Andrea brings a wealth of risk assurance, audit leadership and board communications experience to the role, with extensive prior work experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

She is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). Andrea is a Certified Public Accountant in California and Florida and is pursuing her Qualified Accountant Certified Internal Auditor designation.

Andrea has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University. Andrea also completed the Wharton, University of Pennsylvania, Executive Leadership Program.
