There will be one continuing professional education (CPE) credit available to US participants in the field of management consulting who will attend the live session for the full duration and meet the eligibility requirements.

Jana is a graduate of West Virginia University where she majored in International Business with an emphasis on Economics. She also studied German and Spanish as part of that curriculum. She has been a practicing Realtor since 2006 and has been running her own firm since 2007. In 2020, Jana purchased and became co-owner of Celebration CrossFit where she was an active member. Her background in collegiate sports and experience with owning her own business has been extremely beneficial. She has gone on to pursue certifications such as her CrossFit Level 1, Precision Nutrition Level 1 and is currently working on her Institute of Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Certification. She is a Nutrition Coach for adults and teens and trains teen athletes for sports as well as working on the business end of gym ownership including marketing, sales and finances. She co-hosts “The Celebration of Fitness with Podcast” with another coach and writes a blog geared towards educating people of health and wellness topics.

Wanda Wick is the Consumer Preferred Banking Risk Executive leading the organization that has oversight of the Financial Center Channel, ATM, Consumer Lending, Conduct and Sales Practice Risk functions.  In this role, she has management and risk oversight for compliance, operational and reputational risk.

Prior to this role, Wanda was the Prepaid Risk Executive leading the effort to remediate multiple consent orders for Bank of America.  Her responsibilities included leading a centralized and extended Global Compliance and Operational Risk (GCOR) team of 50+ Risk Officers to ensure remediation against the GCOR Consent Order Milestones and the Enterprise Risk Framework while reviewing and challenging the front-line unit’s efforts against risk mitigation and building stronger controls as part of the Consent Order.  

Additionally, Wanda Wick was the Chief Risk Officer and Compliance and Operational Risk Executive supporting the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) Group, which includes oversight for the Enterprise Business Continuity Risk Program, Background Screening and Investigations, Corporate Aviation, Enterprise Marketing and Communications, Enterprise Services, Global Corporate Security and Global Real Estate Services.  In addition, she leads Environmental, Social and Governance, Public Policy, Capital Deployment and Reputational Risk.

Wanda was the Chief Risk Officer for Global Technology and Operations, supporting Enterprise Shared Services and Consumer, Small Business, Wealth Management Operations and GDCE. In that role, Wanda provided oversight for all risk types across the organizations.

Wanda also served as the Consumer Preferred Business Risk executive, responsible for providing operational risk support for Card, Deposits and Field Sales and Operations in the Preferred banking business.

Wanda has also held other key roles within the Global Risk Management (GRM) organization, including serving as GRM’s Simplify & Improve (SIM) partner. In that role, Wanda provided leadership, encouraged new idea generation, and focused on executing ideas the senior leadership team and GRM colleagues believed would make the organization a more efficient, better place to work. 

She also has served as chair for the GRM Employee Satisfaction and Diversity & Inclusion Council as well as co-chaired the Global Compliance and Operational Risk Council.

Wanda joined Bank of America in 2007 as part of the Enterprise Payments Strategy team focused on customer segmentation and bank strategies. She has more than 28 years of diverse business experience with companies such as Ingersoll Rand, Credit Suisse First Boston and A.T. Kearney Consulting.

She has a master’s degree in Spanish Literature from Mount Holyoke College and a master of Language Arts from New York University.
