Austria: Income tax treaty with Argentina enters into force

Applicable from January 1, 2027, for withholding taxes and other covered taxes

July 31, 2026

The Austria-Argentina income tax treaty (signed on December 6, 2019) entered into force on June 12, 2026, following mutual notification via diplomatic channels. 

The treaty will apply from January 1, 2027, for withholding taxes and other covered taxes.
