Cameroon: Introduction of mandatory real-time e-invoicing

The government introduced mandatory real‑time e-invoicing as part of its digital tax administration reforms under the 2026 Finance Law.

The new rules require taxpayers to issue all invoices through an approved e-invoicing system, covering taxable, VAT‑exempt, and out‑of‑scope transactions.
