Gabon: Income tax treaty with Italy enters into force

The income tax treaty between Gabon and Italy, signed in 1999, entered into force on December 19, 2025.

The treaty generally applies to withholding taxes and other covered taxes from January 1, 2026, in accordance with its entry-into-force provisions.
