Antigua and Barbuda: 2026 budget includes no new taxes

Focuses on compliance measures

Antigua and Barbuda’s Prime Minister on December 4, 2025, presented the 2026 national budget, announcing no new taxes for the upcoming fiscal year.

The government will focus on strengthening revenue through compliance measures, including full digitization of the Antigua and Barbuda Sales Tax (ABST) system, electronic invoicing (e-invoicing), upgraded customs technology, and a new tax administration platform, alongside broader fiscal and social reforms.
