The Inland Revenue Board (IRB) announced that access to the existing stamp assessment and payment system (STAMPS) portal will be terminated after December 31, 2025.

All STAMPS users must access the stamp duty services using the e-Duti Setem via the MyTax portal beginning January 1, 2026. To allow a smooth transition to the new system, the new system will be made accessible to duty payers from December 15, 2025.
