KPMG announced as the Official Performance Insights & Analytics Provider for TGL

KPMG Performance Insights will provide TGL with data insights and advanced performance analytics for broadcast and digital platforms

Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. (Jan 6, 2024) – TGL, the new, prime time team golf league backed by Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy’s TMRW Sports, announced KPMG; the U.S. audit, tax and advisory firm; as the Official Performance Insights & Analytics Provider. The KPMG Performance Insights program, which provides data insights and advanced performance analytics, will be used for all TGL matches. KPMG’s official partnership includes broadcast and digital activation platforms throughout the season.

“The opportunity to partner with TGL was a natural fit for KPMG, as the basis of this competition is a fusion of technology and golf,” said Shawn Quill, National Sports Industry Leader for KPMG. “We have invested in the sport of golf for years, bringing the latest technology to the game, and are eager to work with TGL to share predictive, analytics-based insights that will further illustrate how teams are performing in this unique environment.”

“KPMG have been stalwarts in business and in golf by advising world-class organizations on how to use analytics to shape their business and inform their decisions. TGL is utilizing technology on an unprecedented scale and will generate a ton of data, providing opportunities for KPMG to help us share insights on how players are performing in the competition,” said Jason Langwell, Chief Revenue Officer, TMRW Sports.
