Christopher Yeaton

Chris Yeaton is a Tax partner leading the KPMG tax managed services practice. Chris is focused on developing and delivering KPMG’s tax managed services offering.

Prior to joining KPMG from another Big 4, Chris was the Operations Leader of their managed service platform. In this role, Chris helped pioneer the tax managed service offering in the market and was responsible for operating the go-to market approach, delivery model, technology strategy, human capital strategy, and operations as well as managing financial results of the practice.

Prior to his most recent years in professional services, Chris spent 10 years at General Electric where he held various tax leadership positions, including Tax Operations Leader roles for GE Capital HQ, GE Capital Aviation Services, GE Capital Real Estate and Global Tax Provision Leader for GE. Prior to his time spent at GE, Chris was the Director of Global Tax Operations at Raytheon Company, where he led a team of over 60 tax professionals responsible for global planning, reporting, controversy, executive compensation and benefits related planning matters for the company. He also regularly reported to the audit committee on strategic tax matters facing the company.
