Sally is a managing director in the KPMG Accounting Advisory Services practice with over 15 years of experience in assurance and advisory. Sally provides accounting and financial reporting advisory services under U.S. GAAP and IFRS focusing on merger & acquisition transactions, complex capital raising and financing structures, financial instruments and derivatives, accounting change, and capital markets transactions including both initial public offerings and SPAC mergers across all industries with a focus on technology companies.
