Josh is a Partner in the KPMG Deal Advisory and Strategy Practice and is the Private Equity Financial Due Diligence leader. In this role, he works with private equity funds on the acquisition and divestitures of their portfolio companies. Over the past 18 years, Josh has evaluated over 500 public and private transactions on both the buy and sell side with enterprise values ranging from $5 million to $6 billion. Josh focuses almost exclusively on private equity accounts and has experience in a variety of industries including Aerospace and Defense, Engineering and Construction, Testing Instrumentation and Calibration, Business Services and Diversified Industrials, amongst others.
