Josh is a Partner in the KPMG Deal Advisory and Strategy Practice. Over the past 15 years, Josh has evaluated over 300 public and private transactions on both the buy and sell side with enterprise values ranging from $5 million to over $2 billion. Josh focuses almost exclusively on private equity accounts and has experience in a variety of industries including Aerospace and Defense, Engineering and Construction, Testing Instrumentation and Calibration, Business Services and Diversified Industrials, amongst others.
