Managing Director, Asset Management Tax
Elizabeth leads KPMG’s tax portfolio value creation services, which is focused on identifying cash savings and EBITDA enhancements for Private Equity portfolio companies process. In this capacity, Elizabeth works with Private Equity funds, portfolio companies, and KPMG subject matter experts to identify opportunities to advance value through the tax function, covering all areas of tax, process, and technology. A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Elizabeth focuses on efficient deployment of practical, high ROI solutions for these companies and in identifying process improvements.
She is also the chief of staff for KPMG’s Asset Management Tax practice, where she leads and oversees the execution of strategic projects in support of KPMG’s priority clients and the Tax practice. Elizabeth directs the strategy development and execution for KPMG’s US Asset Management Tax practice, involving technology platform development, executive board briefings, account planning and management, and project management. She previously managed the development of KPMG’s 5-year Tax strategy, which contributed to $1B top-line growth over that period of time.
Elizabeth helped design and manage KPMG’s post-deal tax recommendation process to support PE funds in achieving deal outcomes through optimizing portfolio company tax results. The initiative included developing and deploying enhancements to KPMG’s 100-day plan and building cross-service line, cross-business unit teams to advance value creation.
