During his career, he has worked with a variety of start-up, high-growth, and public companies helping management evaluate key accounting and financial reporting requirements and providing critical business and operational insights. Bryan has a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and building strong relationships with clients while providing expertise in M&A activities, internal controls, and a thorough understanding of SEC rules and regulation, U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
