Crystal Thompson

Crystal Thompson is a Director at KPMG LLP, the U.S. audit, tax and advisory services firm. She has more than 18 years’ experience working in a broad range of areas including workforce strategy and customer, employee experience and corporate culture including creative ways to activate the employee value proposition and organization vision. Crystal works within the Transformation Delivery practice where she collaborates with clients at all levels to amplify the voices of the workforce so that leaders can attract, retain, and engage employees irrespective of their role or geographic location. She has spent her consulting career across a variety of industries, coaching leaders through change and equipping the organization to transform how it works (culture), where it works (future of work), and why people decide to work (EVP). Crystal is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration, MBA from Rice University.
