Manoj is highly skilled in navigating major regulatory frameworks like GDPR and CCPA/CPRA, alongside mastering Information Lifecycle Management (ILM), Data Discovery, Classification, Protection, and Governance.

As a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 CXOs, Manoj has spearheaded complex, large-scale transformations across the financial services, energy, technology, retail, pharma, transportation, and manufacturing sectors. Career highlights include deploying an ILM Target Operating Model (TOM) for a leading global bank, leading a massive three-year privacy and consent overhaul for consumer goods giant; privacy, consent and data discovery and cataloging transformation for an energy company, and executing critical DSPM initiatives for top-tier gaming, healthcare, and energy firms.

Manoj holds both Master's and bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and maintains elite industry certifications, including CDPSE, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and Forrester Zero Trust. Manoj leverages strong relationships with top-tier privacy, data, and AI technology vendors—including BigID, Cyera, Microsoft Purview, OneTrust, ServiceNow, and Varonis.
