Manoj Thareja is an esteemed leader, with over 25 years of experience in Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) and Privacy Technologies. His expertise spans compliance with major privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA/CPRA, Information Lifecycle Management (ILM), Data Discovery, Classification, Protection, and Governance.

A seasoned advisor to Fortune 500 CXOs, Manoj has successfully led large-scale transformation projects across diverse industries including financial services, energy, technology, retail, pharma, transportation, and manufacturing. His notable projects include development and deployment of ILM TOM for one of the top global banks; driving a three-year global privacy and consent transformation for a consumer products company; and privacy, consent and data discovery and cataloging transformation for an energy company; DSPM for a major gaming firm and another energy company, and ensuring compliance with Law 25 for a top Canadian bank.

He holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Pune University, and multiple certifications including Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE), AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and Fellow of Privacy from OneTrust. His professional affiliations include memberships in the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).
