Brian is a managing director in KPMG’s Mid-Atlantic Deal Advisory leadership team and specializes in government contract compliance. Brian has over 25 years of experience helping businesses navigate complex federal contract compliance requirements including Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) business systems, Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA), indirect rates, commercial item acquisition, acquisition due diligence and post-merger integration.
Brian also previously was the director of regulatory compliance for a major contractor where he led a team to manage federal contract risk and relationships with Government oversight and audit agencies (DCMA, DCAA). In this role, Brian led the compliance due diligence for 6 of the company’s acquisitions.
