Jason Tata

Jay Tata is the National Service Line Leader for the KPMG International Tax practice. He has extensive experience advising public and privately held multinational corporations on global tax planning and cross-border acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and restructurings.

Jay has experience designing and implementing global tax planning structures, including financing, intangible property, acquisition, disposition, restructuring, and cash repatriation structures for multinational business entities. He has a strong background in international corporate and partnership tax planning, tax compliance, and accounting for income taxes.

Jay received his Masters in Tax from Golden Gate University and his Bachelors in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
