Principal, Advisory Capital Solutions, KPMG US
Katherine is a principal in the KPMG Securitization Practice, a division within the firm’s Capital Solution Advisory Practice, specializing in Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) transactions. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Katherine’s core focus is performing and overseeing the initial issuance of structured finance transactions across a variety of asset classes. Her clients are typically large investment banking entities and Government Sponsored Entities (GSEs). More specifically, she focuses on all phases of CMBS transaction services, including collateral review - due diligence, initial & final structuring, cash flow projections and managing all aspect of our Agreed Upon Procedures services.
