Henry Smith

Henry is an Associate Director in KPMG’s Economics team, specialising in the regulation of competition in digital markets in the EU (DMA) and UK (DMCC). Prior to joining KPMG, Henry undertook a number of senior policy roles at the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and in central government, focused on the design and development of the new regulatory regimes for digital markets. Over this period, Henry complemented his experience of policy development by leading and overseeing workstreams on the CMA’s market studies and antitrust investigations in digital markets.
