Jasmine W. Small

Jasmine is a Senior Manager in the Accounting for Income Taxes group for the KPMG Washington National Tax practice. She has over 15 years of experience in both public accounting and industry, concentrating on tax accounting and compliance services.

Professional and industry experience

Jasmine has worked with a broad range of U.S. multistate and multinational companies in several different industries including manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, and e-commerce.

Some of Jasmine’s experience includes:

• Preparing and reviewing global annual and quarterly income tax calculations under both U.S. GAAP and IFRS,
• Managing the preparation and review of foreign quarterly and annual income tax provisions and compliance for over 80 entities in 50 countries,
• Tax process transformation and ONESOURCE Tax Provision software implementation,
• Participating in walkthroughs with internal and external auditors and updating controls as tax processes/functions evolved,
• Audit support for public and privately held companies to review the income tax provision and related financial statement disclosures,
• Providing tax compliance services to multinational corporations and partnerships, including federal, state, and local income tax returns, and
• Global coordination with KPMG’s foreign member firms.
