Andy Siciliano is a KPMG Partner and leader of the firm’s Global and U.S. Trade and Customs practices. In his role, he leads a dynamic team of more than 1,000 global professionals helping clients navigate the complexities of tariffs, export controls, trade automation, managed services and a range of other trade related services. Siciliano and his team are at the forefront of the tariff landscape with a focus on tariff recovery, addressing punitive tariffs and using trade data through the KPMG proprietary AI-powered Digital Gateway Tariff Modeler. 

Andrew has appeared as a thought leader in several news outlets, including on CNBC TV and Yahoo! Finance TV to discuss the complex trade environment.  He has also been featured in several online publications including The Financial Times, Fortune, USA Today, CFO Dive, Bloomberg, Fox News, Politico and more.  He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, including the Importer Compliance Professionals Association annual conferences and Tax Executives Institute events.

Andrew is a licensed U.S. Customs Broker, Certified Public Accountant and a non-practicing Attorney.  He holds a BA degree in Accounting from Queens College and a JD degree from St. John’s University School of Law.
