Diana Shkodina

Diana is a managing director in the KPMG Short Hills office. She has more than 18 years of experience in delivering transfer pricing compliance, planning projects to assess arm’s-length compensation for tangible property, services, and intercompany loans based on both U.S. and OECD transfer pricing regulations. She assists companies with the transfer pricing planning related to the intangible property and optimization of the transfer pricing structures.  Diana concentrates on clients in the Consumer Markets and Industrial Manufacturing industries.
