Rahsaan Shears

As KPMG’s aIQ Program Lead, Rahsaan Shears is responsible for driving the firm’s enterprise-wide AI transformation program, embedding AI into how KPMG works, delivers value, and evolves. In this role, she oversees the aIQ Enablement Office and leads strategic coordination across the firm’s AI business pillars.

Rahsaan brings deep experience in enterprise transformation, having most recently served as KPMG’s U.S. Consulting People Leader, and leader of the Consulting Transformation Practice. In this role, she led large-scale change across the firm’s consulting business, shaped talent strategy, and helped teams navigate disruption with clarity and empathy. Her leadership of aIQ is grounded in that same people-first approach. She focuses on scaling AI adoption in ways that are inclusive, practical, and sustainable; ensuring that transformation is not just technological, but cultural.

Rahsaan’s work is centered on helping organizations—and the people within them—adapt and thrive in moments of change. She brings a human-centered voice to the AI conversation, emphasizing the need for adaptation, transformation, trust in new technologies, and the importance of inclusion as AI reshapes the future of work.

Rahsaan joined the firm in 2013. Prior to KPMG, she held leadership roles in enterprise technology consulting, including serving as Managing Director of IT Services at Alcatel-Lucent. She continues to maintain a strong presence in the Atlanta market where she serves as the local Advisory Market Leader and remains deeply engaged with clients and teams.
