Nish is a Principal in the KPMG Deal Advisory & Strategy practice, focused on Consumer & Retail, Consumer Health, and Industrials. Based in New York, he brings more than 24 years of experience as a strategy, M&A, and transformation advisor, with deep expertise across complex transactions and value creation. In this role, Nish works closely with C-level executives to shape portfolio strategy, execute integrations and divestitures, and design operating models that unlock sustainable value across the deal lifecycle. He specializes in operational diligence, buy-side integration, sell-side carve-outs, stranded cost and transition services agreement strategy, Day 1 and Day 100 planning, operating model transformation, value capture, global business services/offshoring, and finance transformation.
